for Training, Webinars, Workshops, Q&As, Classes, or Courses

This Agreement is between Impctrs Management Group, LLC (IMG) and AI Arkitech, LLC (AA), 830 N John Young Parkway, Kissimmee, FL 34741, and the Registrant (Individual or Business) whose information will be provided on the payment form.

1. Registration and Payment

Users must complete the registration process and make full payment before the start of the course. Impctrs Management Group and AI Arkitech reserve the right to reject any registration for any reason.

2. Agreement

By signing up for any class or event, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to Impctrs Management Group's and AI Arkitech's Terms and Conditions, including the No Refund Policy and Media Waiver.

3. No Refund Policy

AI Arkitech adopts a No-Refund Policy for all our classes. Once a user registers and makes the appropriate payment, they acknowledge that these funds will be used to reserve their spot in the program. Due to the nature of the services provided by Impctrs Management Group and AI Arkitech and the costs associated with providing the classes, we do not offer refunds.

4. No Replays

In line with our No Refund Policy, we also do not provide replays of our classes. It is the responsibility of the user to attend the classes they have registered for. Impctrs Management Group and AI Arkitech will not provide recordings, transcriptions, or other forms of class documentation to the user for any reason.

5. Attendance and Participation

Users are expected to attend all scheduled classes, whether online or in-person. They are also expected to participate actively in the class and to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the class without a refund.

6. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

All course materials provided by Impctrs Management Group and AI Arkitech are the intellectual property of Impctrs Management Group and AI Arkitech. Users are granted a license to use these materials for personal, non-commercial use only. They may not distribute, reproduce, or sell these materials without the express written permission of Impctrs Management Group and AI Arkitech.

7. Media Waiver

By participating in any Impctrs Management Group and AI Arkitech class or event, users grant Impctrs Management Group and AI Arkitech the right to capture their image, voice, and other forms of likeness. This includes but is not limited to, photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings.

The users agree that Impctrs Management Group and AI Arkitech may use these recordings for promotional, commercial, educational, or other business purposes without further consent or compensation. Impctrs Management Group and AI Arkitech retain the right to modify, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display such recordings in any medium.

Users who do not wish to have their likeness used as described above must notify Impctrs Management Group and AI Arkitech in writing prior to participating in the class or event.

8. Privacy Policy

Impctrs Management Group and AI Arkitech collect and use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By signing up for a class, users agree to this policy.

9. Changes to Class Schedules

Impctrs Management Group and AI Arkitech reserve the right to make changes to the class schedule, including changing the time, date, or location of a class or canceling a class entirely. In the event of a significant change or cancellation, registered users will be notified and given the option to transfer to a different class or receive credit for a future class.

10. Hold Harmless

Users agree to hold harmless Impctrs Management Group and AI Arkitech, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, due to or arising out of their participation in any class or event, their violation of these Terms and Conditions, or their violation of any third-party rights, including without limitation, any copyright, proprietary, or privacy rights.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Impctrs Management Group and AI Arkitech, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of their violation of these Terms and Conditions, their violation of any law, or their violation of any third-party rights, including without limitation, any copyright, proprietary, or privacy rights.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Impctrs Management Group and AI Arkitech provide their classes and course materials 'as is' without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Impctrs Management Group and AI Arkitech will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from the use of its classes or course materials.

13. Agreement

By signing up for any class or event, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to Impctrs Management Group and AI Arkitech's Terms and Conditions, including the No Refund Policy and Media Waiver.
