o INSTALLMENT PAYMENT ENFORCEMENT: For participants paying in installments, ANY MISSED PAYMENT will result in IMMEDIATE REMOVAL from the program and suspension of all access to materials and resources until the outstanding payment is settled in full. No partial access or grace periods will be provided for missed installment payments.

4. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

General No Refund Rule: Impctrs Management Group maintains a strict No Refund Policy for all training programs. Once registration is complete and payment is received, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Participant's inability to attend

• Personal emergencies or scheduling conflicts

• Dissatisfaction with program content or delivery

• Technical difficulties or connectivity issues

• Changes in personal or professional circumstances

4.2 Rationale for No Refund Policy

Our No Refund Policy exists because:

• Registration reserves limited seats and resources

5.3 Technology and Equipment Requirements

Technical Responsibilities:

• Ensuring reliable internet connection and appropriate devices

• Installing required software and applications before program start

• Maintaining backup connection options for virtual programs

• Troubleshooting basic technical issues independently

Equipment Standards:

• Computer or device capable of running required software

• High-quality audio and video capabilities for virtual sessions

• Quiet, professional environment for online participation

• Backup power and internet solutions for extended programs

5.4 Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to meet attendance or conduct requirements may result in:

• Verbal or written warnings

• Removal from the program without refund

• Prohibition from future program participation

• Forfeiture of completion certificates or credentials

• Legal action for breach of agreement

6. COURSE MATERIALS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 Ownership of Materials

Company Intellectual Property: All training materials, content, and resources provided are the exclusive intellectual property of Impctrs Management Group, including but not limited to:

• Written materials, handbooks, and guides

• Presentations, slides, and visual content

• Video and audio recordings

• Software, applications, and digital tools

• Methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary systems

• Trademarks, logos, and branding elements

6.2 ACCESS DURATION AND LIMITATIONS

NO LIFETIME ACCESS POLICY: Impctrs Management Group does NOT provide lifetime access to any educational services, training programs, workshops, seminars, courses, or related activities. All access is time-limited and expires according to the specific terms of each individual program.

ACCESS DURATION SPECIFICATIONS: Post-program access duration varies by program and will be clearly specified for each offering. Access periods may include:

• 7 days after program completion

• 3 months after program completion

• 6 months after program completion

• 12 months after program completion

• No post-program access (live-only programs)

materials. Once the specified access period expires, all access to program materials, platforms, and resources will be permanently terminated

6.3 License Grant to Participants

Limited Personal Use License: Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use provided materials solely for:

• Non-commercial educational purposes

LICENSE DURATION LIMITATIONS: This license is valid only during the program period and any specified post-program access duration. Upon expiration of the access period, all license rights terminate automatically, and participants must cease all use of materials unless separately licensed.

6.4 Restrictions on Use

Prohibited Activities: Participants may NOT:

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute materials to third parties

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from materials

• Use materials for commercial training or educational purposes

• Share materials through digital platforms or social media

• Reverse engineer proprietary methodologies or systems

• Access or attempt to access materials after the specified access period expires

• Share login credentials or provide access to unauthorized individuals

6.5 Participant-Created Content

Ownership and Rights:

• Participants retain ownership of their original work and contributions

• Company receives a royalty-free license to use participant contributions for program improvement

• Participant testimonials and feedback may be used for marketing purposes

• Case studies and examples shared by participants may be incorporated into future programs

6.6 Third-Party Materials

External Content:

• Third-party materials used under license for educational purposes only

• Participants must comply with third-party terms and conditions

• No rights granted to third-party intellectual property beyond program use

• Additional licensing required for commercial use of third-party content

6.7 ACCESS TERMINATION AND ENFORCEMENT

AUTOMATIC ACCESS TERMINATION: Access to all program materials, platforms, and resources will automatically terminate at the end of the specified access period without further notice. Technical measures will be implemented to enforce these limitations.

ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS: Violation of access limitations may result in:

• Immediate termination of all current and future access rights

• Legal action for breach of license terms

• Monetary damages for unauthorized use

• Permanent ban from all company programs and services

7. NO REPLAY AND RECORDING POLICY

7.1 No Replay Policy

No Recordings Provided: In alignment with our No Refund Policy, Impctrs Management Group does not provide:

• Audio or video replays of any program content

• Transcriptions or written summaries of verbal presentations

7.4 Enforcement and Consequences

• Immediate removal from the program without refund

• Legal action for intellectual property infringement

• Permanent ban from all future programs

8. MEDIA WAIVER AND LIKENESS RIGHTS
