Nonprofit Management Services | Impctrs Management Group

Your Mission Matters. But Who's Managing Everything Behind It?

You started your nonprofit to make a difference—not to spend your days chasing staff assignments, fixing broken processes, tracking down reports, managing administrative problems, or figuring out why things aren't getting done.

That's where we come in. IMG provides comprehensive nonprofit management services to help organizations address operational challenges, strengthen infrastructure, and establish the systems and accountability needed to run effectively.

Professional nonprofit management. Nationwide service. Customized organizational engagements.
When the mission is strong but the operations are strained

Does Any of This Sound Familiar?

Your nonprofit has important work to do. But behind the scenes, things may not be running as smoothly as they should. Sometimes the organization has simply grown faster than the infrastructure behind it.

Your organization may not need more people. It may need better management.
Staff and contractors aren't always clear about their responsibilities.
Too many routine decisions and problems land on the executive director's desk.
Projects start strong but struggle to reach completion.
Grant reporting, compliance requirements, and administrative deadlines create constant pressure.
Financial information isn't organized in a way that supports timely decisions.
Several software platforms are being used, but they don't work well together.
Board meetings focus more on putting out fires than monitoring organizational progress.
You have capable people and valuable programs—but execution remains inconsistent.
One management partner. A more organized organization.

Think of Us as Your Nonprofit Fixer.

Not another consultant who hands you a report and disappears. Not another assistant waiting for you to create a list of tasks. And not another software subscription that leaves you responsible for figuring everything out.

IMG is your contracted nonprofit management partner.

We evaluate how your organization actually operates, identify what's holding it back, develop a practical plan, and then help put that plan into action.

We don't just tell you what needs fixing. We help fix it—and establish the structure to keep it working.

What we manage

The Management Infrastructure Your Nonprofit Needs to Operate Effectively

Your board and executive leadership remain responsible for governance. We organize board administration, track obligations, coordinate documentation, and maintain compliance calendars.

Services are delivered under an organization-specific management plan. Specialized professional services, major projects, and program-specific staffing are addressed in the management agreement and approved budget.

How our approach works

We Don't Walk In With a Generic Solution. We Start by Understanding Your Organization.

The work moves through five practical phases so immediate problems are addressed without losing sight of the systems your organization needs long term.

Phase 01 | Assess

Find Out What's Really Going On

We examine management structure, workflows, financial coordination, staffing responsibilities, grants administration, compliance processes, technology, and organizational performance.

Outcome: A clear view of operational condition, immediate risks, and management priorities.

Phase 02 | Stabilize

Address What Can't Keep Waiting

We prioritize urgent issues, clarify responsibilities, organize outstanding obligations, and establish procedures needed to restore consistency.

Outcome: A practical stabilization plan and early corrective actions.

Phase 03 | Structure

Put the Right Systems in Place

We establish operating procedures, accountability measures, management calendars, reporting processes, and a coordinated technology environment.

Outcome: A documented operational management system.

Phase 04 | Manage

Keep Everything Moving

IMG coordinates agreed operational responsibilities, monitors execution, addresses routine problems, and gives leadership meaningful performance information.

Outcome: Consistent management support, accountability, and organizational visibility.

Phase 05 | Strengthen

Build Capacity That Lasts

We document processes, strengthen internal capacity, organize institutional knowledge, and prepare the organization to operate independently if desired.

Outcome: Stronger systems, improved capacity, and a clearer path toward sustainability.

Your board stays in control

Working With IMG Does Not Mean Giving Up Control.

Your board remains responsible for governance. Your executive director, CEO, or designated organizational leader continues making decisions reserved to their authority.

Our role is to manage the operational responsibilities you've authorized us to handle—coordinating people, processes, systems, deadlines, and performance so leadership can spend less time managing administrative details.

We're not replacing your leadership. We're strengthening the management capacity around it.

What makes IMG different

We've Been in the Work. We Understand What It Takes.

A nonprofit can have funding, programs, staff, and a passionate board and still struggle to operate effectively.

Impctrs Management Group brings experience across nonprofit strategy, fundraising, revenue development, organizational capacity, program implementation, and mission-driven enterprise development.

Our work connects strategy to implementation. We understand how decisions made in the boardroom affect the people managing programs, the systems supporting operations, and the resources needed to sustain the mission.

We don't believe in creating another plan that sits on a shelf. We build the structure that helps your organization put that plan to work.
Frequently asked questions

What Organizations Usually Want to Know

Clear boundaries matter. These answers explain how management authority, staffing, technology, fundraising, data, and transition are handled.

Are you taking over our nonprofit?

No. Your organization retains its board, executive leadership, legal identity, mission, and governing authority. IMG manages only the responsibilities established in your approved management agreement.

Do we have to terminate our existing employees?

No. We assess how existing staff, contractors, and systems can work more effectively. We may recommend changes to responsibilities, workflows, or staffing, but personnel decisions remain subject to the organization's authorized decision-making process.

Can you help if our nonprofit is disorganized or behind?

Yes. Organizational stabilization and operational improvement are central to our approach. We identify outstanding responsibilities, risks, and corrective actions and coordinate with appropriately qualified professionals when specialized intervention is necessary.

Do you provide the staff needed to manage our organization?

IMG uses a coordinated management team and may engage qualified administrative and operational personnel to fulfill agreed responsibilities. Staffing arrangements and preferences are addressed during contracting.

Do we have to use FundWisr?

FundWisr is part of IMG's standard management environment. We configure applicable functionality for the engagement while accommodating approved existing organizational systems where practical.

Will you replace our existing software?

Not necessarily. We first assess what you're already using. If there are duplicate, underused, or unnecessary applications, we may recommend consolidation.

Can you manage our fundraising and grant activities?

We can manage agreed fundraising and grant-related operational functions, subject to organizational authorization, compliance requirements, and the scope of the engagement. Funding awards and fundraising results are not guaranteed.

Do you use artificial intelligence?

IMG may use approved AI-assisted technology to support research, drafting, analysis, administrative processes, and operational efficiency. Our agreements address AI disclosure, human oversight, confidentiality, and applicable client preferences.

Can we eventually take management back in-house?

Yes. We document workflows, organize client-owned records, and provide transition assistance consistent with the management agreement. Your organization retains its deliverables and may separately maintain FundWisr access under applicable subscription terms.

How much does nonprofit management cost?

Management fees are customized based on organizational complexity, responsibilities, existing capacity, and required staffing resources. Following an initial conversation and operational assessment, IMG develops a proposed management plan and engagement fee.

Your nonprofit doesn't have to keep operating in survival mode

Your Mission Deserves Management That Can Keep Up With It.

You have programs to deliver, people to serve, goals to achieve, and a mission worth protecting. Imagine having a management partner whose responsibility is to help keep your organization's operations organized, coordinated, and moving forward.
